Welcome to the Queens Hotel Group Membership Programme. Once your registration is successfully completed, your dedicated membership account may also be used by your family members, relatives, and friends, allowing them to enjoy the same member benefits. Please note that any points earned from their spending will be credited to the account holder’s membership account.
As a Queens Hotel Group member, you are entitled to exclusive benefits across all hotels within the group, including:
1. Special discount on room bookings.
2. Ten point for every £1 spent on any hotel services, including accommodation, dining, leisure centre facilities, and other on-site purchases. All points will be automatically credited to your member account after your stay (spending).
3. Complimentary early check-in (from 12:00 noon) and late check-out (until 1:00 pm)
Please note: The above benefits are available only for bookings made through the hotel’s official website or by telephone. Reservations made through third-party platforms are not eligible for any member benefits.
